Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm Course

$75 plus $10 range fee per student

If you're looking for a comprehensive, very informative Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm Course (also known as Concealed Carry) this is it. The NRA First Steps Pistol Safety Course gives you the course book, NRA Completion Certificate, and a lot of information on revolvers and semi-automatic pistols.  We also cover Florida Weapon Law, Chapter 790, as well as Chapter 776, the "Stand your ground law". The aim of this course is for the student to apply for the Florida Concealed License. Students who take this course will receive the application for the Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License,  the 2x2 photo, fingerprint card and NRA First Steps Pistol Safety Course Completion Certificate you need to submit with the application. You get complete instructions on how to fill out and submit the application, and a list of recommended books and materials to help you be a safe responsible gun owner. 1 hour at a local Ocala area gun range,3-4 hours in the classroom. Bring all your questions about Florida Weapon Law and the Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License. I get students from all over Central Florida. Ocala is very conveniently located in the center of the state, so our gun range and classroom are convenient for everybody.

Personal Firearms Course

The aim of this course is for you to learn how to competently and safely operate a pistol that is new to you, or brush up on your shooting technique. This is a one on one pistol course taught at the range that improves your proficiency and accuracy. It is recommended to bring 100-200 rounds of ammo for your pistol. $20 discount for two students, like husband and wife, this means I pay your range fee.

NRA Home Firearms Safety Course

$120 in your home 1-4 persons

This is a non-firing course that can be taught in the comfort of your own home. The aim of this course is to teach the basic knowledge and skills, and to explain the attitude necessary for safe handling and storage of guns in the home. We encourage all men, women and children to become safe and proficient with their firearms, exercising your Second Amendment rights to bear arms.

Learning the safe way is the only right way to learn how to handle firearms. We have some of the best, safest, NRA trained and certified instructors you will find anywhere. All courses teach the safe handling of handguns in a friendly, no pressure environment. You can relax and enjoy your time with us, ask questions, discuss what you know and what we know, and we will all benefit. We get students from all over Central Florida. Ocala is very conveniently located in the center of the state, so our gun range and classroom are convenient for everybody.
