Course Applications, Terms and Waivers
Let us know what date and time are best for you. We have Saturday and Sundays, and we can arrange for classes to fit your schedule during the week. With several qualified instructors we should be able to fit your needs.
To reserve a spot in a class, all payments must be received prior to the class date!
Each student needs to fill out all 3 forms, please complete steps 1, 2 and 3, then pay for the class you chose:
One set of 3 for each person taking a course, you can electronically submit your course application form as well as print it out.
- Course Application (On-Line Submit) 1 per student
- Range Waiver (PDF) Print 1 out per student, sign, date and bring to class
- Course Terms (PDF) Print 1 out per student, sign, date and bring to class
If you can't print these out, call us.
You must pay with a Credit or Debit Card to reserve a spot in the class.
